Our client is a top tier global bank, currently expanding their operations in Hong Kong and more generally in Asia Pacific. In the light of this process, they are looking to hire a new Business Implementation Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and take up senior responsibilities.
The main purpose of the position is to ensure a successful implementation of new fund clients into operation within tight deadlines. This will involve to understand the requirements of potential clients, ensure all fund launch procedures are adhered to each fund has undergone to due diligence review and account opening process. You will be working closely with both external clients and internal Sales and Relationship Management team on an on-going basis. Your responsibility will be to ensure the ongoing progress of the project and make sure that correct actions are taken when there is a potential operational issue. To succeed in this mission, you will interact with various lines of business on a daily basis. Part of the role will also be to manage the levels of service provided to your clients, and represent the company at some presentations to clients.
The successful candidate will be university graduate with at least 4 years of relevant experience. It is important to have a good understanding of custody services and investor services, with excellent communications. The ability to multitask is essential, as well as the ability to take initiative to identify, analyze and rectify issues. Prior experience in Project management and client services/client relations a bid plus
