Business Improvement Analyst

Context
This role works as part of the Supply Chain Finance Team providing support for our Europe Supply Chain organisation, and ensuring an ethos of continuous improvement is implemented, both in terms of processes and systems, but also for business outcomes.
Role
Process and System Improvement
- Create a clear reporting process for Europe Supply Chain, leveraging existing systems
- Help embed the new Western Europe BPM process in all countries (including Eastern Europe/Russia)
- Ensure that the Supply Chain Finance team (and their support team in Budapest) is continuously improving
- Identify and drive simplifications and improvements in process
- Leverage our systems to create the most efficient and effective flow of information
Business Improvement
- Support on the SOP process, and ensure that the countries are involved in the process, and that Finance understands it’s role
- Support and where possible drive improvement projects in Europe Supply Chain from a finance perspective, creating reports on value created.
- Own and report on operating model changes, ensuring clarity of actual vs plan on both costs and headcount
Ad-hoc support:
- Be able and willing to support the genesis of a new team, and find ways of making the critical things happen
- Ensure that we are getting the basics right, and be able to support when things go wrong
Profile
- Master degree in Finance
- Professional Accounting Qualification would be a clear advantage but not strictly required
- At least 3 years working in a finance analyst or similar role
- Strong Excel skills, and ability to quickly learn other systems. Ability to model and manage high volumes of data
- Good understanding of the drinks/FMCG industry a benefit
- Good understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics a preference
- Excellent communication, influencing and networking skills
- Ability to think in terms of solutions, rather than problems
