Our client is a leading provider of affordable homes in the East Midlands, with a strong regional presence and a local focus that recognises the needs of communities. They are now seeking an enthusiastic Business Improvement Co-ordinator to join their two year graduate development scheme.

This is a superb opportunity for a graduate from a business-related discipline to develop their career and receive support, training and development over a two year period to prepare for a career in the future.

As a Business Improvement Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Project Managers in the delivery of a variety of corporate and operational projects across our client's group of companies.

Carrying out specific tasks in relation to projects, including highlighting cross project risks and issues, you will support the Quality Officer in carrying out process improvements, maintaining the internal quality framework and co-ordinating external quality assessments and awards.

You will collate data and analyse performance information, producing reports of your findings for all levels of the business. Additionally assisting in the progress reporting for projects and programmes, you will also take into account the impact this has on the wider group management team.

Although primarily based at our client's offices at Ripley, you will regularly be required to travel to another site in Daventry.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a degree in a business-related subject. Equally important is your drive for results and excellent interpersonal skills.

As a Business Improvement Co-ordinator, you will also be highly organised and flexible. Proficiency using MS Office is essential.
