The Company
My client, a multinational retail sourcing company is urgently seeking a highly experienced Business Improvement Manager to lead business improvement initiatives to deliver the Better, Simpler and Cost effective operating principles.
The Role
This role will report to the Operation Director and lead a team of analysts/managers to plan, develop and implement business improvement projects. You will have to drive and follow through improvement projects to ensure they are successfully developed and implemented in all the offices in 10 countries. The key responsibilities are providing business consultation and process re-engineering strategies to the global projects. In addition, you will create and maintain a knowledge base of key business processes and handle Ad-hoc and Special Projects.
Your Profile
Successful candidates will have at least 10 years of in house experience and be hands-on in implementation/managing stakeholders. You have experience in consulting, project management, system implementation and process re-engineering. You should have proven track record in engaging senior management and cross-functional stakeholders of all levels to implement firm-wide changes. Previous experience in a retailer or sourcing organization will be highly preferred. You must be able to influence in a cross-cultural setting and work in a large, complex organization and fast-pace environment. You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach with strong presentation skills and communication skills. You speak and write fluent English.
