In line with ANZ's Super Regional Strategy, the APEA Division is in the process of prioritising projects for delivery as part of the FY12 investment slate. We have profiled a number of leadership roles for projects that are preparing for execution as we transition into FY12. We are seeking applications from suitably skilled candidates who are interested in these roles.

As Business Improvement Manager you will work with business and project stakeholders to understand organisational change, its impact on customers while analysing complex process information to develop and implement business process improvement changes. This will be done efficiently and effectively within set time frames and financial budgets. The role focuses on establishing a model for business improvement analysis and our approach to streamlining business improvement initiatives.

In this challenging role you will manage a team implementing multiple process improvement opportunities and translating current business issues into clear, measurable improvement objectives. Proposing process improvement metrics that provide visibility of improvements and resulting business benefits will also be important. Lastly, you will also act as a subject matter expert to project teams on business improvement tools and techniques, providing coaching, mentoring and support for other analysts.

Qualifications:

We are looking to hire candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience in business process improvement gained within banking operations. You will have a solid understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures. Accredited Green or Black Belt candidates will preferred.
