Business Integration and Change Analyst

The Business Integration Change Team supports growth agenda by providing the project management and change management expertise for systems and commercial projects developed either globally or regionally. The team also provides process reviews expertise and champions the continuous improvement agenda for the business. The team faces challenges in terms of the complexity of the projects being developed, the rigorous internal approvals, processes and documentation that needs to be complied with and the integration of new with old and existing processes and systems.

The Business Integration and Change Analyst will work closely with various internal stakeholders that include functional leads, commercial development team, traders, operators, mid and back office staff as well as the central project delivery teams (if applicable) to ensure the successful delivery of the transformation projects and the integration of new business activities.

The role will be accountable for managing projects that are initiated by the business and will need to work closely with the business and functions to ensure that the projects are delivered within scope, on budget and within the timelines agreed.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure that all projects undertaken have a clear plan

• Lead in the implementation of projects which include:

Ø Define data and business requirements of the projects

Ø Manage the internal functional assurance process

Ø Develop, co-ordinate and run business test scenarios

Ø Contribute to the development of reports and queries

Ø Develop training programme for business users

Ø Conduct training for business users

Ø Support users during implementation of projects

Ø Ensure KPIs for project benefits are delivered

The ideal candidate will have more than 6 years of relevant experience in either systems / commercial project management or experience in an line function or a combination of both Supply or trading experience preferred but not essential
