One of the World's most prestigious Entertainment companies require a Business Intelligence / BI Consultant to join its growing, lively team to create deliver all functional aspects of high end BI solutions projects. The successful Business Intelligence / BI Consultant will have the ability not only to undertake the technical aspect of the position using Business Objects, but also to have the soft skills required for the analysis aspect; speaking to the business defining requirements etc.
The Business Intelligence / BI Consultant will be working part of a close-knit niche BI function and will be taking ownership of certain projects from the ground-up. The team is a very social bunch who make the most out of a work hard play hard environment. The Business Intelligence / BI Consultant must have previous experience in requirement gathering from the business stakeholder's external clients. Once the requirements have been defined, the Business Intelligence / BI Consultant will take ownership of the project up to delivery point when it's handed to the application support function.
The reporting tool used by this company is Business Objects, so solid exposure to this technology is essential, in particular Business Objects Universe design. Other technical skills of interest will include SQL and experience supporting large scale BI solutions would be beneficial.
