Business Lead
Career defining opportunity to join a leading Energy retailer. We are keen to talk with experienced Business Leads who have worked on Integration projects previously, preferably within the Energy sector, however the Water and Telco sectors would also be highly regarded.
The role of Business Lead - Front Office Call Centre will be essentially responsible for the business outcomes within the Integration Project. This will include the management of key stakeholders on the Program as well as the risks, timescales and resources and ensuring the Program is ‘Business Lead’.
Your principle accountabilities will be:
- Providing the Project with the required business direction and leadership
- Maintaining focus and traceability to the business outcomes benefits represented in the Business Case
- Sharing accountability responsibility for successful implementation ensuring Project deliverables support intended business outcomes
- Ensure end to end management of all Project activities
- Endorsing the overall project scope, cost, timescale and resources required to fulfill the project
- Having a clear understanding of all aspects of the project
- Providing Business Unit subject matter expertise throughout the life of the project
- Ensuring the appropriate Business unit stakeholders are identified and proactively engaged
- Proactively promoting the project throughout the upstream organization
- Promoting fostering team collaboration cohesion
- Build manage a high performing team which delivers all key business plan measures
- Create maintain a positive work climate by defining communicating a compelling vision of the future
- Proactively plays an active and supportive role as a member of the team initiates implements ideas that assist the team as a whole
- Always communicates across the team to share knowledge information
Ideally you will have significant Energy industry experience, preferably within an Integration / Project capacity. Water or Telecommunications experience would also be highly regarded.
Strong leadership and management qualities gained in a pressurized and sometimes stressful environment, would stand you in good stead for success in this role.
