Summary
· Support Visa management in and contribute to the implementation and refinement of a corporate-wide Privacy Security Compliance Program to provide assurance of the company's legal and regulatory compliance, e.g., privacy laws, GLBA, PCI DSS.
· Project manage major external validation programs (e.g. SSAE 16, PCI-DSS, TG3 and PIN Security)
· Support the fulfillment of client due diligence reviews and SSAE 16 requests
· Implement, manage and continually enhance the Privacy and Security Compliance initiatives and projects in collaboration with multiple internal organizations. The programs include one or more of the following:
o Compliance framework, internal controls and processes
o Compliance policies and procedures
o Compliance risk assessment and validation for Privacy and Security Compliance
o Compliance program to identify emerging risk and to remediate high-risk areas
· Effectively participate and contribute to various work groups on security and privacy matters
· Create meaningful management reports that provide senior and executive management the information needed to review and assess effectiveness of programs
· Maintain visibility throughout Visa as the subject matter expert for questions and requests around various compliance programs
Experience
· Proven track record in privacy and information security compliance management
· Experience in one or more of the following:
o Auditing internal controls, systems and processes.
o Implementation and validation of compliance with regulatory policies, standards and procedures
o Privacy laws (e.g. GLBA)
o Information security assessments
o Security monitoring and penetration testing
o Implementation of compliance program in a public company
· Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
· Strong project management skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with all levels of the organization both on a one-on-one basis and as the member of a team.
· Highly motivated and a self-starter.
- Bachelor’s; Advanced Degree Preferred
- 8+ years experience
- Operational experience with security/software/systems desired
- Big 4 experience
- Proven track record in Privacy and Security and Program Management
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Auditing internal controls, systems and processes.
- Information security assessments
- Security monitoring and penetration testing
- Implementation and validation of compliance with regulatory policies, standards and procedures
- Implementation of compliance Program in a public company
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
