Business Loan Collection Agent
Two positions available: 1)Schedule Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm 2)Schedule Tues-Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 7am-4pm Performs collections servicing activities for open business purpose loans, graded watch or better, for the purpose of preserving the loan principal, collecting interest and preventing the loans from being charged off. Contacts business clients to determine the cause of delinquency, discusses possible solutions and negotiates payment arrangements. Evaluates credit and collateral strengths and weaknesses; recommends loan restructure, settlements and legal action when appropriate; follows-up with borrowers to ensure negotiated payment arrangements are made within the agreed upon time frames. The loans serviced by this position are not supported by an auto-dialer. This position offers a competitive base salary plus the opportunity to earn monthly incentives .
