Business Management Analyst recruitment
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the team are the development of the business growth strategy, financial and operational risk, internal communications, and client service and talent management.
The Key responsibilities for the Analyst role are:
• Produce monthly revenue, pipeline, and expense reporting
• Prepare quarterly and annual business performance review materials
• Support annual budgeting and operation planning process
• Provide analysis on profitability and efficiency measurement – business economics, marketing event effectiveness, etc.
• Provide research and analysis for strategic and marketing initiatives for the business
• Maintain and update client information on CRM system
• Upkeep departmental communications (intranet site, newsletters, etc.)
• Support COO on a wide range of ad hoc business and other issues
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in financial services, asset management industry experience preferred
- BA/BS degree in related field (Economics, Finance or Accounting)
- Asian language skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean) preferred, but not necessary
- Strong analytical ability – Able to quickly and accurately identify and analyse relevant information relating to work tasks
- Attention to detail – Pays particular attention to detail and accurate data/work. Spots mistakes and errors and is quick to rectify and change
- Strong execution – Focuses on what needs to be done to drive results. Ensures quality and efficiency standards are met
