BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ANALYST recruitment
The Business Management Analyst will provide support to the COO and Business Managers within the team. You will produce monthly revenue, pipeline, and expense reporting, prepare quarterly and annual business performance review materials, support annual budgeting and operation planning process. You will also provide analysis on profitability and efficiency measurement – business economics, marketing event effectiveness, etc as well as provide research and analysis for strategic and marketing initiatives for the business. In addition, you will maintain and update client information on CRM system, upkeep departmental communications (intranet site, newsletters, etc). Last but not least, you will support COO on a wide range of ad hoc business and other issues.
To qualify, you will have at 1-2 years’ experience in financial services, asset management industry experience preferred. You will have a BA/BS degree in related field (Economics, Finance or Accounting), with an Asian language skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean) preferred, but not necessary. You will have strong analytical ability – able to quickly and accurately identify and analyse relevant information relating to work tasks.
