Business Manager
You will report into a Head of Business Management however work autonomously in this role. This is a key role within the business and you will take responsibility for:
- Strategic business management support including business plans and strategy
- Reporting business metrics to senior leaders through the business
- Meeting vendors, stakeholders and clients
- Project management
- Managing staff; recruiting, training, developing
- Enhancement of process within the area
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role at another asset manager, be composed, bright and have gravitas. They must have experience of working with a sales, service or marketing team and have management experience.
