To build upon its existing success and presence in China, TeraRecon wishes to recruit a capable, trustworthy and experienced Business Manager. Candidates should be based in Beijing and fluent in both English and Mandarin. The position will report to the CEO of TeraRecon, Inc., in Foster City. Applicants should have full existing work authority and residence for China and a valid passport.

 

Applicants should have experience managing general business operations and administration in the dynamic, fast-moving environment of a small, start-up operation. Experience with the requirements of U.S. companies, especially in terms of transparency and internal controls, will be especially valued.  The immediate project which is to establish a subsidiary, and to arrange local accounting and legal support, followed by employment agreements for up to 8 candidate staff, including sales, clinical/technical specialists and one office administrator. The subsidiary office will provide sales, marketing and support services to customers, dealers and resellers across China, and potentially, a software development and testing operation may be established also.

The position commands a competitive basic salary with a variable incentive element related to performance, as well as a competitive benefits package including stock options in TeraRecon, Inc., a privately-held Silicon Valley, US company.
