Our client is looking for an energetic Business Manager to join their rapidly growing business in the Cochrane market.
As the Business Manager, you will:
- Determine which financing products are best for the dealership and its customers.
- Consult with the customer in the selection of the proper product and financing terms.
- Review the figures that are presented by the salesperson and use them when closing the deal with the customer.
- Sell add-on products such as extended warranties and guaranteed auto protection (GAP) insurance
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Background in finance
- Excellent customer care
- strong negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Tenacity to function in a role that is fast paced and requires 6 days/week
- Ability to take direction
