BUSINESS MANAGER, ASSET MANAGEMENT recruitment
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the COO, you will support the development and execution of high priority initiatives for the Asia-Pacific business, driving analytics and synthesizing findings to inform overall strategy. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Asia-Pacific team in formulating and implementing strategy. The role will be a combination of project-based work focused on specific initiatives and ongoing support of the Asia-Pacific management team. Specific responsibilities comprise of strategy and business management, where you will assist in creation of strategy, centralize all business information and inform management decision, as well as execution of cross-functional initiatives and partner across the broader business to coordinate for and represent Asia-Pacific. While the work will focus on markets in Asia ex Japan, there will be overlap with initiatives in Japan and Australia.
To qualify for the position, you should be a University graduate with at least 5 years relevant experience in business management, or project/ process and change management. Pro-active, independent and ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
