BUSINESS MANAGER – AVP / VP recruitment

Our client is a major global private bank with an extensive international presence. To cope with their business expansion, they are seeking an outstanding professional to join them.

The objective is to support strategic growth, sales and business management by providing the necessary business analysis and project management to the North Asia region. Support the Head of Business Management in the implementation of strategic product growth and business change initiatives for the Wealth Investment Management business in North Asia. Develop framework to facilitate sales effectiveness. Help coordinate and align business plan, strategies and priorities. Improve sales performance, organizational effectiveness and resource efficiency by coordinating resources, providing the adequate business analysis and managing projects. Work with businesses to define gaps and opportunities by providing sales performance, profitability and life cycle analysis. Assist the Senior Management team in the planning and implementation of specific Front Office projects. Leverage and coordinate best practices and knowledge transfer across the business. Work with business stakeholders to manage and resolve the daily issues to optimise business effectiveness and operational efficiencies.

To qualify for the position, you should be a University graduate with a minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience in roles concentrating on business management, business projects, process and change management. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua (both oral and written). Good product knowledge and private banking industry. Pro-active, independent and ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at various levels to influence cooperation and to present ideas and strategy
