Business Manager, Financial Markets, Portfolio Management
Their Financial Markets Portfolio Management team seeks to hire a Product focussed Business Manager to assist with the efficient and compliant development, execution, and management of a range of high profile, Debt and Equity transactions.
Broadly speaking your role will encompass the following:
- Developing an in depth knowledge of complex hybrid deal structures by liaising with appropriate members of the Front Office, Operations, Finance, Risk and Compliance teams.
- Working closely with the Front Office execution teams to ensure all pipeline deals are supported by detailed cash flow analysis and appropriate documentation ahead of execution.
- Managing complex trade cycles, including arranging cash flows, updating models. and booking trades.
- Carrying out know your client (KYC) analysis.
- Process improvement and development.
- Ad hoc project work as required.
To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate the following
- Fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), ACA qualified accountants preferred.
- Strong academic record; 1 class or 2:1 degree, ideally in Mathematical or Science related subjects.
- Able to build or sensitise financial models and manipulate data in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with demanding Front Office stakeholders.
- Knowledge of or experience in Equity and Credit derivatives is highly beneficial.
