About the department
The mission of Global Banking (GB) is to address the international financial services needs of Wells Fargo's Wholesale customers.  Our focus is on delivering value to strong corporate and commercial customers with cross-border financial needs. 

Global Banking works with Wholesale partners, including Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, and other Wells Fargo lines of business, to deliver financial services to clients operating multinational business operations.  Relationships are currently supported and managed through 14 offices in US, London, Dublin, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Mumbai.

Responsibilities
• Act as project manager for key projects/initiatives/new products as requested by internal/external stakeholders, driving execution to meet established goals.
• Play a key role in both tactical, medium and long-range planning and strategy implementation including infrastructure issues and execution of the strategic plan.
• Execute projects in a matrix environment involving resources from a range of disciplines (e.g. customer service, compliance, risk management, finance, operational risk, human resources, business continuity, real estate planning) and spanning various geographies (EMEA, Asia, US) in support of the business (including NBFI and GRM initiatives).
• Responsible for tracking projects results from definition of KPI to implementation and follow up and ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
• Responsible for managing the relationship management/sales/administrative support functions for GB EMEA.
• Play a leadership role in coordinating and establishing new product modification, policy and procedures and approval initiatives ensuring compliance with the relevant internal policies and external regulatory rules and guidance.
• Responsible for leadership of cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives.
• Understand and review financial results and coordinate revenue and shadow revenue attribution within group.

Requirements
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
• Superior problem-solving/troubleshooting skills, with a high tolerance for ambiguity. Proven ability to conduct complex analyses and synthesize data to deliver comprehensive and actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to promote continuous improvement (identify, define/re-define, document, communicate, train, execute, coach, measure, improve).
• Broad knowledge of Wholesale Banking business and products and preferably understanding / experience of Corporate Banking and the various products relevant to the segment.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills: Must be comfortable communicating at all levels, across multiple functions and driving participation and partnership.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate prioritization and in a highly organised manner.
