Business Manager – Institutional Sales recruitment

We currently have an opportunity for a Business Manager to act as the key contact for the financial, control and operational aspects of the UK and Middle East UK Institutional Sales business and in particular for coordinating the reporting of institutional activity both to the Institutional Sales team as well as senior AMG management. Key duties will include:

• Production of regular sales reporting to CEO and Institutional team in a variety of formats – including Board and Committee reporting.

• Coordination of Rolling Operating Plan (ROP) for the Institutional team and liaison with Finance

• Work with CEO to control the cost base of the Institutional team.

• Management of key projects/initiatives within the Institutional team as well as acting as representative on global projects.

• Maintain and improve the Penetration, Pipeline and Potential reports (PPP report) for all Global Banking Sectors and Corporate and Structured Banking Corporate Banking Centre

• Central contact for the “Key Client” initiative and assist in preparation of key client templates.

• Oversight of Institutional Marketing budget.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have some experience in a Business Manager / junior COO role including finance, MI and/or project management gained within the asset management sector. You will require first rate interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.
