Business Manager – Investment Management recruitment

Key Result Areas and Responsibilities Include:

The Ideal candidate will have experience in Assest Management business models, as well as with small - medium scale project delivery, preferably in the financial services/assest management sector. Prince II or MSP qualified also desired.

Act as a deputy for the Head of Business Management as required Act as an ambassador and consistently demonstrate behaviours in line with the organisational values

Ensure that post project reviews take place on a timely basis and that learning points are captured and communicated to relevant parties

Manages projects in line with the Group Policies and standard product development processesSeek commitment and input to the project to increase quality and delivery success

Build effective working relationships with all key stakeholders on the project ensuring that their communication needs are understood and met

Control and report progress to the necessary stakeholders and governance bodies to the agreed standardsManage the project risks and issues ensuring that they are impact-assessed, mitigated and escalated where appropriateDeliver fit-for-purpose project outputs capable of driving the assigned business benefits

Manage the project on a day-to-day basis to ensure delivery on time, on budget and to schedule through effective leadership, direction, consultation and facilitation

Define the project organisation structure and resourcing model with consideration for the necessary outputs, associated skills and communication channels

Define, structure and plan the project and approach, with consideration for the dependencies and constraints with particular emphasis on securing support from delivery partnersUnderstand and clearly document the business objectives and critical success factors for the project, including the financial business case and alignment strategy
