Business Manager – IT Investment Banking – Contract recruitment
Responsibilities of BM resource in London include:
*Actual vs Budget/Fcst variance analysis
*Annual budget and quarterly forecast assistance and monitoring
*Liase with IT finance
*Financial analysis and spend management for new and existing Major Expenditure Requests (MERs)
*Monthly Accruals (MER related)
*Support with compilation, administration and delivery of PAG/PA based rosters and trends
*Support with FTE headcount contingent labor administration - tracking and reporting
*London specific resource onboarding/termination process mgmt for non-rmg vendors
*Support with the validation and approval of new hires, transfers and terminations for all resource types (RMS)
*Provide "how to" guidance around management systems and processes
*Space Management (for London)
*Allocations - Projects and Models from a provider perspective
*Cost Containment and Expense Analysis
*Time entry compliance
*Ad-hoc projects / Analyses
Skills Required
*Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to work under pressure
*Organizational skills - work with a vast array of information from solicitation to analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information
*Able to manage multiple tasks as well as multiple clients, ability to work independently and be highly organized
*Strong communication / interpersonal skills to be able to interact at all levels be effective as part of a broader team of business managers
*Project management background useful but not required
*Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, most importantly Excel
