My client is a leading employer in the Welfare to Work sector and having recently won a 'One to Watch' award are showing substantial growth and development from within the company. Due to this expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Business Manager.
The key responsibility for this exciting role is the direct delivery of services within a centre, or multiple centres, including staff management, quality and performance. By effective management of all resources you will be able to maximise financial and quality performance to meet and exceed the expectations of all stakeholders.
The candidate will make a significant contribution in respect to regional performance as well as constantly meeting pre-determined targets and developing a growing business plan. Maintaining Quality Assurance systems and customer engagement activity will remain at the forefront of your work.
The successful candidate will have recent and significant experience as a manager with a business operating in a targeted service delivery field. You must have the ability to demonstrate sustained success in delivery of financial and quality targets through others. Excellent relationship building, people management and customer service skills are a must as well as strong leadership and an enthusiasm to work in this sector.
