Business Manager Job in Hackney, London UK

·         People management including training delivery

·         Numeracy, computer and technology literate

·         Negotiation and influencing skills

·         Management and organisation skills

·         Ability to critically analyse data and solve problems

·         Previous people management experience

·         Experience of managing a budget and working to a business plan

·         Knowledge of a care setting and the needs of older people

·         Experience of working to targets and associated results

·         Experience of working in a customer focussed environment

·         Level 5 Leadership in management (Residential pathway) or equivalent. If not already obtained Anchor will provide this. It is a requirement of the role that this is obtained within 6 months of undertaking the role.
