The Role:
Operational support of all client facing and product business areas.
Working with the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Change Management and Operations Management to ensure plans for the business are delivered.
Lead projects and provide business expertise to drive revenue.
Supporting the Head of Operations with people resource management and efficiency across the business.
Responsible for construction and management of budgets.
Manage process change across risk, service and business activities, to help shape the strategic agenda.
Project Management across the business.

Relevant business management experience and significant management experience.
Project Management experience.
Operations knowledge in asset management, experience in turning around back office operations.
Finance related qualification e.g. ACIB, IAQ/IAC, ACCA, MBA
Service Centre experience.
Action orientated, strategic thinker!
Banking / Financial background.
Advanced IT skills in MS Access and Excel.
