Business Manager Priority Banking (Team Targets, pure management) recruitment

 Our client is accelerating the growth of its business in Asia especially in Singapore.

Reporting to District Head, the Branch Business Manager will lead a team of talented Relationship Managers and be responsible for assigned team objectives which are aligned with the growth and expansion of our clients Priority Banking business.

As a visionary leader, the Branch Business Manager will drive the business plan for the team with a focus around financials, customers, people, risk and compliance.  You will manage staff recruitment and retention, coach and mentor Relationship Managers. You may be involved in joint calls and other sales related activities.

 
Performance Management will be a key responsibility and you will ensure Relationship Managers provide wealth management solutions with a high level of integrity and ensure a high level of client engagement, and more importantly with full compliance with policies and procedures. The incumbent should also be familiar with FAA regulatory framework for investment advisory and product recommendations.

Qualifications:
To deliver best business outcomes, it is important for candidates to have 6-9 years of relevant experience in a retail banking environment of which 3-5 years in a leadership role. Tertiary qualifications in Accountancy, Business or Finance are preferred.

 
Prior sales management, customer relationship management and people management experience will be highly regarded. You should possess effective communication skills and good presentation skills and proficient in MS Office applications.
