Business Manager recruitment

Responsibilities:

Business strategy and planning processes: cross functional business planning; product sales and distribution strategy; product pipelines and strategic project roadmap; KPIs/ scorecards; cost reduction/ contingency reviews
Project management of various strategic projects and process reengineering initiatives
Cost reduction and efficiency improvement project with scenarios planning; product profitability analysis
Provide regular MI reports to senior management and project managers to facilitate project prioritization.
Provide support for project resources planning and project cost control procedures.
Act as a key budget owner and coordinate annual budgetary planning process
Coordinate business case, financial approval and IT consultancy procurement process for project teams.
Regular preparation and review of resource / staff costs and headcount planning.

Skills/Requirements:

Previous experience in Finance or Accounting role with proven experience of cost/budget management
Organizational Change Management experience. Plan for and overcome the issues encountered with change, deliver sustainable change
Must have demonstrable experience in effectively negotiating with and influencing others in a matrix environment
Be able to create and tailor clear concise verbal and written communications to different audiences, fluent written spoken English language skills
Project management experience / background (running concurrent projects), ideally with distributed teams
Must possess and actively display good problem solving skills and common sense
Demonstrable analytical thinking
Strong documentation writing / review skills
Data analysis and reporting skills
