Our client is a leading high profile financial services organisation with an exceptional global brand, and prides itself on its outstanding employee engagement.
The Head of Operations is looking to appoint an experienced Business Manager to take responsibility for departmental Performance Reporting, Operational Risk and Change Management initiatives for the region.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Contributing to the development of the Operations strategy and business plan.
- Managing and coordinating any change initiatives with the Operations managers.
- Providing assistance with the management information and control reporting framework, including KPI and Performance Reporting.
- Assisting in the management and monitoring of the Operations budget.
- Acting as a reference point for global initiatives relating to process or system centralisation, development of standardised policies and procedures.
- Consistently identifying and analysing opportunities across departments for continuous improvement.
Experience required:-
- Extensive banking and financial services experience (10 years +)
- Working knowledge of Finance, Operations, Risk, Change and Strategy.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
