Business Manager recruitment

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Business Manager to join the OnePath team and provide business support to Superannuation Investment's Head of Finance and General Manager, as well as the Senior Leadership Team.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Manage operational costs to achieve agreed financial targets and benefits
· Lead the identification of cost and efficiency savings within the team
· Manage relationships with providers of industry data and customer research (Investment Trends, Plan For Life Wealth Insights)
· Analyse industry data and customer research reports/surveys to provide business intelligence to the Superannuation Investments team
· Provide business support to the Superannuation Investments General Manager Senior Leadership Team (information reporting, special projects and presentations)
· Provide data mining services and reports to SI business stakeholders (Employer Super Account Management, Member Marketing)
· Coordinate the development and prepare Superannuation Investment's strategic and operational plans
· Coordinate and develop ongoing business performance reporting to ANZ Wealth Managing Director (Quarterly Business Reviews, Weekly Updates)
· Oversee the management of Superannuation Investment regulatory boards (OnePath Funds Management, OnePath Custodians Oasis Fund Management)
· Work with business stakeholders and Company Secretarial to develop board agendas and schedule meetings ensure business needs are met.
· Recruit, develop and lead the performance of a team.
· Engage and collaborate with the Superannuation investments community and broader Bank Strategy Planning teams as a business conduit.
· Contribute to the development of a strong risk culture within Superannuation Investments.

The successful applicant will strongly match the following criteria:

· Tertiary qualification
· Previous experience in a similar role within banking and / or financial services (essential)
· Proven business acumen
· Strong presentation and communication skills
· Excellent business relationship skills

· Strong people management skills
