Reporting to the COO, you will have a strong understanding of Group policies, excellent project management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop robust processes to ensure compliance with Group wide governance and assurance requirements, specifically in relation to SIAP, Code staff, Asset Protection Scheme (APS) In-Scope population, Executive Performance Assessment.
- Undertake assurance projects utilising project methodology to ensure delivery requirements to key bodies e.g. Remuneration Committee, the FSA, and the APA.
- Manage the SIAP oversight process for Group Functions Non Core including the annual fit and proper test and related processes and ensure ad hoc SIAP moves are managed in line with policy.
- Maintain records for the Group Functions Non Core Code staff and APS In-Scope population ensuring accurate tracking of joiners, etc.
- Build relationships with stakeholders: Reward, Regulatory Risk, Operational Risk Group Organisational Effectiveness to ensure implementation of effective assurance management.
- Facilitate Risk compliance together with the six-monthly Control Environment Certification process Divisional Policy Standard Owner (DPSO) role on behalf of the HR Director.
- Ensure effective Business Continuity plans are in place and tested appropriately.
- Manage the Group Functions Non Core HR budget
SKILLS EXPPERIENCE:
- Wide range of experience of v budgets, risks and controls headcount management.
- Able to develop strong personal relationships through influence and negotiation.
- Able to cope with a wide range of conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Solid understanding of Group policies and their application.
- Experience of working in a control function and of applying assurance processes.
- Strong project management skills including risk management.
- Track record of successful delivery.
- Experience of working in an operational environment.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
- Understanding of the HR Function.
- Understanding of Group Functions and Non Core Division
