The ideal candidate will have upwards of 5 years' Business Management / Top tier Senior Executive Assistant experience from within a leading Investment Bank, Financial Services, Legal or Consulting firm.
  
You may currently be working for a C-Suite executive in one of the big 4 banks / global organisations and are now seeking a unique challenge to support a high profile player in this organisation who has just been selected by the main board to lead the largest business section.

You will exhibit strong commercial acumen coupled with exceptional communication skills that allow you to interact and influence, within an organisation, at any level. You must have proven experience of building trusted relationships with key executives and be able to think strategically in order to achieve best outcomes.
 
This is not a support role, you are the Business Manager who is driving the executive's office and contributing to the business's continuing growth. You are not just editing board papers and presentations; you are writing, briefing on and communicating the content.
