Business Manager, Trading, Investment Bank
Based in Singapore you will report directly into senior management, and provide support for multiple asset class and cross business initiatives as well as issue resolution.
You will need to have sound judgment and be confident communicating with Country CEO's, Regional product heads, and other Product COO's, as well as various levels within support functions.
Business Management
- Financial performance Competitor analysis and commentary
- Co-ordination of Product /Country/Strategy Reviews
- Quarterly Global Markets offsite co-ordination
Issue Resolution
- Liaison with product COO's and Support functions on various cross-business issues
Talent Management
- Involvement in Human Capital Programme initiatives for Trading
- Working with HR on Graduate, Learning Development Programmes
Communications
- Working with Corporate Events and Corporate Communications on key events
- Facilitating Asia-Pacific wide Speaker Series programmes
You will have a good University degree with approximately 10 years Investment Banking experience of which 4+ years will be in a Business Manager role. A professional financial qualification (CFA, ACA, CPA, FRM) is preferred.
