Permanent role.
Salary: 65K-75K
Location: Dublin City Centre
Our client is looking for Business Manager/Operational Manager to join their Operational Assurance Team. Operational Assurance is responsible for supporting the first line management team in fully addressing their operational risk, continuity insurance management responsibilities through their respective senior management teams and across their dispersed operating entities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide regular information on key operational, fraud, continuity and insurance risks.
- Identify asses and manage fully all operational, fraud, continuity and insurance risks.
- When writing and report incidents, ensure that the detailed and consistent with the high standards set out by the company.
- Develop new and improved processes for sharing key learning points with senior management from information gathered from external and internal events and assessments.
- Set up and lead workshops highlighting and addressing emerging risk and governance issue.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree/masters.
- 4/5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong IT background and knowledge of banking systems.
- Previous projects in the banking industry.
