Business / Marketing Manager

Our client has hired us to search for a Business / Marketing Development Manager to manage develop the LATAM region which plays a crucial role within the Marketing Brand Management team.  Our client is a global market leader in their respected industry and has a strong footprint in the LATAM region and is searching for a qualified professional to explore new opportunities within the current and new markets.

 

The incumbent will support detailed analysis of the category and provide key industry, market, competitor, customer, retail and consumer insights by utilizing internal, syndicated and customer research data, work closely with the market units and sales team to define opportunity dimensioning to explore and develop incremental new product or promotion opportunities in key accounts/trade channels, responsible for driving go-to-market initiatives and execution of strategies for new initiatives or businesses in each country, manage monitors progress of sales, marketing development activities.    

 

Our client is requiring an seasoned marketing professional with a diverse background in market-leading corporations.  Must be an expert in all marketing disciplines with more than 5-7 years of experience in business development, product introduction, direct marketing, end-user promotions and research.  Experience in LATAM and proficiency in Spanish is a requirement and Portuguese is desirable.  This position requires travel throughout Latin America.  

 

Minimum Education/Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or Marketing is required, an MBA is a plus.  5-7 years of experience of large corporate marketing/brand/product management.   Must have a strong understanding of LATAM cultures and a comprehension of regional nuances.
