Business Objects Developer – Banking – Business Intelligence – Switzerland – 1 to 3 Yrs Exp recruitment
The successful Business Objects Developer will be responsible providing support to the bank's business-critical Finance and Product Control users as well as enable the business users to create ad-hoc reports, extracts and queries against their business critical financial systems. The team is looking to strengthen there core in order to meet the demands of exciting current and future initiatives. The main responsibility will be to both design and establish an end-user computing capability done by providing secure and performant BO Universes and Infrastructure.
Required Skills and experience:
- Business Objects Universe design and maintenance
- Report design, build and maintenance Business Objects XI R2 (or higher) migration experience
- Proven, in depth understanding of BO XI security model
- Proven experience of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures,
- Functions Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and best practices
- Banking Experience is NOT essential
- Full development life cycle experience
- Expertise with database languages such as SQL*Plus and PL/SQL using functions, stored procedures etc is an advantage
