Waltonwood at Main is a luxury senior living community owned and operated by Singh Senior Living located in Rochester Hills, MI.  We offer licensed Assisted Living and Memory care to seniors.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, caring, and resourceful Business Office Manager to join our team! 

The Business Office Manager is responsible for all Business Office functions of the community.  His/her responsibilities include, but are not limited to supervising the reception desk, payroll management, maintaining employee information, processing necessary resident paperwork, resident billing, vendor relations, regulatory compliance paperwork, and accounts payable.  The Business Office Manager performs these functions for the Assisted Living community as a whole, while working collaboratively with the Executive Director.

 

The Business Office manager should have experience in accounting, human resources, or office management.  They should possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, payroll and accounting software.  Attention to detail, interpersonal skills, good judgment and problem solving are all qualities we look for in this role.  Candidates should be able to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, and associates at all levels, and have a high level of comfort and confidence around the elderly population.
