Prestigious global asset management house seeks experienced Operations Support and Change Manager with a sound understanding of trade processing specifically relating to derivative products. Role will involve managing a small team and taking ownership of overhauling all trade processing procedures to ensure compliance with new regulatory requirements (Dodd Frank/EMIR) specifically relating to derivative products.
This will include reviewing all operational procedures to ensure that the necessary risk controls are robust, in place and fully documented; oversee all change management testing encompassing controls reporting, MIS and process changes and ensure timely implementation and training; maintain an awareness of all related technology, regulatory and industry changes and regularly review departmental policies and procedures to ensure they are being adhered to, are current and robust.
Successful candidate will be a proven people manager with strong analytical, project and change management skills, strong derivatives knowledge together with a good understanding of associated regulatory issues (e.g. Dodd Frank) and trade processing experience. This is a high profile role and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to manage stakeholders, ensure co-operation and drive through change in a highly pressurised environment
