Job Summary

The position supports the VP of Operations and will focus on the development of organizational strategic planning and process improvement initiatives. While supporting business initiatives, this role requires liaison work with the global management team.

 

Primary Responsibilities

·         Establish and drive processes to improve communication and accountability in the organization by evaluating data, trends and processes.

·         Develop and recommend applications or other process changes to streamline the organization.

·         Implement system or process improvements, such as implementation of a project management tool (@task) or deployment of our Enterprise 2.0 communication tool across the organization globally.

·         Develop and roll out change management standards and methodologies.

·         Facilitate organizational changes, personnel training, and new process implementation required to achieve anticipated business results.

·         Prepare and manage project budgets.

·         Prepare and present regular executive updates summarizing project results.

·         Establish and maintain strong working relationships across all business units and all levels of the organization.

·         Problem-solve diverse business issues that arise in the day-to-day operations of an international organization.

 

Qualifications

·         Minimum 10 years of experience in process re-engineering, business consulting, and project management.

·         Preferred: Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with minimum of 5 years' training and using Six Sigma methodology principles and practices.

·         Proven solid process redesign facilitation skills.

·         Ability to influence and lead in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

·         Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

·         Excellent project management skills with proven ability to drive results; action-oriented and strong problem solver.

·         Strong demonstrated leadership, presentation, and communication skills required.

·         Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

·         Solid technical skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

·         BS or BA degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.

 

Work Environment

·         May require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).

·         May include up to15% travel (domestic and international).
