Position Description 737 Program has a Business Operations Specialists position opening. This position will: Assist program executives in the development and integration of plans, strategies, processes and supplier architecture to meet business goals for Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) programs. Coordinate commitments with internal and external organizations for large scale complex plans to fulfill the broad level strategies established by executive leadership. Utilize the management system and processes to provide status information on commitments and compliance to plans. Critically analyze information for validity and appropriateness for leadership review and decision. Ensure follow up action for issue resolution. Coordinate with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business case. Identify risk and opportunity potential. Develop mitigation planning and refine the business case. Provide implementation direction for work authorization. Facilitate the establishment of an overall management system architecture by utilizing the Program Management Best Practices. Develop and maintain visibility system in support of the architecture. Represent executive management to internal and external business interests in areas such as communicating business policy, strategy and direction. Qualified candidates to take initial direction, then independently develop a plan, network, and drive execution.
