Business Partner – Accounts & Finance recruitment
Depending upon the level of competency and prior experience, incumbent shall be guided through The Sciente Way to deliver the following services:
- Person shall manage the full set of accounts;
- Shall meet the stipulated dead-lines for various transactions like GST returns, IR21 etc.
- Shall manage the AR/AP in an efficient manner;
- Shall ensure the compliance of best accounting practice and be involved in the end of the year audit;
- Shall run the monthly pay-roll within the stipulated time-lines;
- Shall be responsible for preparing Scope of Work for the services being offered to clients and invoicing accordingly;
- If required, incumbent shall be involved in reviewing the service agreements with the clients;
- Responsible for miscellaneous transactions like expense claims management, insurance premiums etc.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Degree or Diploma in Finance or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of work experience of which at least one year of hands-on work experience in Singapore;
- Able to use an accounting software, preferably Tally;
- Experience in the following:
- managing full set of accounts;
- preparing the MIS reports like P/L, balance sheets, AR/AP etc.;
- dealing with various government bodies like IRAS, CPF etc.;
- submitting GST returns, IR8A, IR21 etc.;
- managing Singapore payroll, expense claims etc.
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications like Word/Excel;
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills;
- Prior experience in client facing transactions management shall be a plus;
- Prior experience in professional services firm shall be an advantage.
