Business Partner / Asst Director of Finance
Charity with a national profile seeking to recruit a Finance Business Partner / Asst Director of Finance in a newly created permanent role to add resource to their finance team. You will have a proven track record of delivering success in a Business Partnering capacity to non-finance budgetholders.
In this role you will lead on the following:
Act as the financial lead to the Executive Director to develop and implement financial strategies to support the objectives set out in the Business Plan.
Understand the external environment in which the organisation operates and appreciate the financial issues affecting and the impact that they have on the organisation's finances.
Provide financial information and analysis to enable the Executive Director to make informed financial decisions.
Provide financial leadership to the region / nation finance teams and UK teams, including ensuring best practice financial management within the teams, through leadership, direction, measurement and monitoring.
Reviewing and presenting budgets, monthly management accounts, forecasts and supporting information to the organisation.
Potential for immediate interview and offer for the ideal candidate. Willing to consider candidates from both a commercial and Not-for-Profit background.
