Business Partner – Insurance recruitment

Role description:

-Work with, and partners the Senior Business leaders and serves as the primary liaison with respect to Finance. Ensures that the Executives and Teams are supported through a Business Partnership.

-Contribute work with the FPA Management Team to define management reporting strategies and procedures and implements action plans.

- Aide the business in clearer definition, consistency and visibility of KPIs, creating dashboard views to support that. Work with other business areas to create consistent and meaningful MI strategy. Improve process consistency and controls

- Implement risk adjusted view of the PL that supports capital decision making by business unit and meaningful assessment of the performance.

- Advance and improve the currently available analytical views to develop better understanding of the portfolio: e.g. broker analysis, branch, industry and segmental analysis, sensitivity analysis etc.

- Implement Management Decision and Analytical reporting focused on the planned strategies. Produce analytical review and commentary to support analysis. Measure and monitor local strategies of the business, through the year comparing to prior and budget.

-Assists in coordination and preparation of the UK Annual Budget.

-Coordinates, prepares estimates/projections, quarterly/monthly actual reporting and analytics for the UK operation

Successful Candidate will have:
Full accounting qualifcation (or overseas equivalent)

Excellent communication skills

Insurance industry experience preferred

Modelling and projections experience on excel

Strong work ethic
