Oferta:
Reporting to HR Manager, this role is responsable for:
- Recruitment and Selection;
- Business Partner to Manufacturing with a strong focus on employee engagement;
- Strategic workforce planning;
- Focus on Talent management;
- Compensation management;
- Ensure Labour/Employee Relations practices;
- Roll out and management of all HR Processes including but not limited to, change management, data management, Management of training (from identification to implementation);
- Manage internship program;
- Assist line managers in defining and implementing HR solutions (e.g. succession planning, career pathing, teambuilding, etc);
- Monitor implementation and maintenance of performance management system.
Perfil desejado:
Knowledge and Skills:
- Psychology/Administration/Communication/ Engineer Degree;
- Huge experience in a Generalist position;
- Good knowledge on MSExcel, MSWord and Powerpoint;
- Highly Effective communication (verbal and written) skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills- ability to work with diverse people (cultures, personalities);
- Sound planning and organizational required;
- Must be results oriented;
- Initiative and foresight;
- Effective team player.
Important: this candidate will work in São José dos Campos, SP and need to be flexible to live there.
