The Company
A multi-national insurance company is urgently looking for a Senior and Junior Business Partner 2 roles in total, initially on a 12 months contract to permanent basis.
The Role
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge on the business functional stream challenges and opportunities
- Develop a business roadmap and governance to support that roadmap development.
- Develop further relationship via regular communications, workshops and visits on-site
- Guide local team through sharing the regional business function roadmaps and the country needs within those roadmaps.
- Support and mentor Junior Business Partners in their developing roles and Country Partners.
- Develop High-level approach to address the business need including key aspects of the project (Time, People, Risk)
- Business case to ensure project is relevant considering overall strategy and financials seek formal approval from regional key stakeholders, Business Partners Tools Standards
Your Profile
- University degree.
- In-depth understanding of the linkage between information technology and business value. Ability to develop solid business cases for implementing business enablement projects
- A minimum of 10 years experience in IT with at least 5 years in IT planning and management
- Solid experience in various domains of solutions delivery (for example, insurance systems, distribution systems, etc) and service delivery (server, network infrastructure and information system security etc) are preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skill
- Immediately available is highly preferred and will be considered first
