Business Partner recruitment
This role sits in the CRES Finance Business Intelligence and Insight Team for all the Groups Business units (Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) and Retail and Business Banking.
Qualifications/ Technical Skills
• Part Qualified/ Newly Qualified Accountant, Degree or equivalent qualification
• Highly analytical mindset, conceptual and strategic thinker who can also master detail when required
• Strong analytical and decision making skills
• Experience of SAP, Cognos and or database system solutions
• Knowledge of technical accounting of property related costs and transactions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Financial modelling, scenario building and sensitivity analysis
• Excellent and thorough knowledge and understanding of property cost drivers
