Partnering Consultant required by a prestigious Insurance client for key strategic change, shaping and managing of a significant change portfolio within a specific business unit (Underwriting). The successful candidate must come from a Consulting background and have a proven track record of having led significant strategic change in terms of shaping, scoping, developing Business Cases and benefits analysis. p

The right person will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and be able to create long standing relationships across the Business, IT and 3rd Party Vendors. You will be the key liaison point with the business to define and document problems, work with the IT team to develop comprehensive Business Cases before handing over to the Delivery team. Although this is not a delivery or implementation role, a track record in the project or analysis work would be of benefit. p

This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of a Key Strategic Partnering Team working closely with the business to develop strategic change from a people systems and process perspective. A Consulting Background is desirable and Insurance exposure would be of great benefit, specifically Underwriting. p
