Business Partner – Treasury recruitment
Leading International banking group have an urgent need for a Qualified Accountant to work within their Treasury Financial Control and Reporting team. Treasury Finance is an essential part of the Bank's DNA and as such this highly skilled team operate at the heart of the organisation, helping support the business drive forward. This role will provide unprecedented growth opportunities for the successful candidate and will act as a catalyst to an enviable career within one of the UKs best known banks.
Responsibilities include;
- Daily/Monthly activities to account for and report the results of Capital Management/Issuance.
- Provide business partnering and support to broader Treasury team
- Input into complex technical accounting problems and solutions
- Keeping up to date with subject matter knowledge and best practice within Treasury
- Reviews/analyses implications of Finance projects
- Recommends change and raises change requests, when necessary
This role is open to Qualified Accountants (ACA/ACMA Equivalent) who have previous knowledge of Treasury Finance. Candidates are expected to have an interest within Financial Services/Treasury, however applications will be accepted for candidates who currently work within Commerce/Industry. A key attribute for this role is communication and applicants must demonstrate strong examples in 'facing off' to senior people within their currenty position. A passion to perform and a continual improvement mentality within this position will set candidates apart at interview stage.
