North America Cards Business Performance Analyst

- Role will be part of team responsible for developing and implementing consistent performance management and measurement framework for Cards franchise around the globe
- Position will focus on the development of consistent key performance indicators, production of management dashboards and performance scorecards, and management of monthly business performance reviews.
- Role will provide significant exposure to Citi Cards CEO and members of senior leadership across global cards franchise.
- Team will work closely with global Cards Strategy team, and ensure that business management processes and measurement frameworks are aligned to growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Work with financial databases (i.e. PEARL) to develop consistent performance management framework and metrics for Cards business
- Development and production of management dashboards and scorecards
- Coordinate monthly performance reviews
- Provide ad-hoc analysis on business performance trends
- Collaborate with regional cards team to supplement financial performance reviews with non-financial metrics

Skills

- Advanced PC skills, extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office software (Power Point, Word, Outlook, etc)

- Prior Cards industry experience
- 3 plus years experience working in financial analysis such as experience working in Financial Planning Analysis or Strategic Planning.
- 3 plus years experience working with financial databases, experience with Citi systems (ie. PEARL) highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to convey complex data in simple, meaningful way. Experience developing senior/executive level reporting of business results a definite plus.
- Self-starter who can also work independently to drive results, be able to develop relationships across organizations and functions.
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Bachelor's degree with focus on Finance or Strategy desired.
