Business Performance and Analysis Manager
My client, a leading retail bank, are looking for a manager to join their performance analytics team with a focus on business analysis, monitoring and improving performance and presenting to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of insightful business analysis.
- Ensuring there is an appropriate set of performance measures.
- Monitor performance against targeted performance, interpreting information for the business.
- Work closely with the business to ensure alignment to strategies and metrics.
- Ensure high quality business credit risk analytics capability is developed.
- Lead on finance related presentations to board and stakeholders.
- Scenario modelling.
Person Specification
- Commercially minded with proven business performance and analysis skills.
- Credit risk exposure.
- Proven ability to deliver strategies.
- PL and balance sheet analysis.
- Banking sector experience.
- Preferably a qualified accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
