Business Performance -Cost Analytics recruitment

Responsible for expense reporting and analysis for Corporate Finance and Principal Finance businesses with the purpose to provide value added expense financial information to support the strategic decision and development of both businesses.

Key Roles Responsibilities

• Accountable for expense management reporting for Corporate Finance and Principal Finance
• Provide expense reporting for performance management. This will include expenses reporting, analysis, budgeting, management information analysis, and variance analysis and ad-hoc investigation.
• Developing insight into the key cost drivers, providing commentaries of the drivers that are informative and insightful, and identifying key issues for follow-up action

• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and provide feedback/implement process improvements
• This role will entail extensive client engagement responsibilities with the business stakeholders as well the senior finance management team at the regional and global level
• Review and analyze monthly expenses
• Produce monthly expense commentaries for senior management
• Co-ordinate expense forecast process with all regions to provide centrally driven forecast numbers.
• Prepare and analyze expense P/L flash and forecast for PMC purposes
• Manage annual expense budget exercise
• To strengthen the relationship between the central and country finance team to enable seamless information flow and prompt resolution of issues.
• Ensure proper monitoring of cost level and cost drivers.
• Ensure proper cost allocation methodology and cost allocation reporting
• Monitoring of investment spending and initiative project costs
• Ensure that there are appropriate and documented reporting procedures in place.
• Assist in the implementation of ad hoc projects

Qualifications Skills

* CPA/CA/CIMA

• Can built/re-engineer process to produce MIS
• Cost awareness and management
• Manage multiple deliverables
• Good Communicator

• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
